RESPONSIBILITY

There is nothing in the world more destructive than irresponsibility. It’s like a plague says Dr. Myles Munroe in his video, The dangers of freedom. Think of it this way the farmers blame government when they pour milk, the government blames lack of sufficient resources, the people blame the farmers. It’s a vicious cycle. No one wants to take responsibility! God bestowed upon man stewardship and he failed. Man is the foundation of creation. Look at this way, when the blame shifts on you, why would you pass the back on someone? Its easy right? After Adam abandoned his charge over the Garden of Eden, God chased them and put an angel on guard at the entrance.
In the same way, God will take away the talents, giftings He’s given us if we don’t utilize them. Man is the head of the home but today a spot-check shows that due to the heaviness of this responsibility many end up in bars after work and return home latenight. Therefore, women are forced to fit in the shoes-and many go past ages of 40yrs as single. Result? Fatherless homes. Responsibility if not handled well can become disastrous.
Women the cause?
In the bible majority of the men fell under women. For example, Abraham had to sleep with the maid after instruction by his elderly wife Sarah. Samson was brought down by Delilah not the philistines and David kills Uriah in battle after seeing his wife Bethsheba bathing by the pool. Eve transferred responsibility to the serpent when confronted by God. So women are powerful creatures. Adam looks at the situation and defends himself saying. It is the woman you gave me..that..Blame game everywhere but when will we realize that its our individual selves that have to take the responsibility for our actions?


Unbelievers in control?
How comes majority of the unbelievers nations have stored up wealth in form of Oil products (which ultimately controls the economy).Doesn’t the bible tell us that the wealth of the wicked belongs to the righteous? How comes Africa so much endowed with minerals and natural features, variety of plant and animal species suffers so much with poverty and disease? How comes we complain God has forsaken us by bringing drought when the trees are cut? All these questions point to one thing, We Christians have become lazy. God gave us wealth but we did not take then seriously. The unbelievers came and seized it all and now control us with what was ours in the first place. We have been in deep long slumber that daylight never seems to come.
We need to be responsible starting with the simple things in life, your home, garden, environment etc.When God wants to restore responsibility we go through a process and change is never easy but wonderful. For the Israelites, they had to mark-time in the wilderness-to get rid of their wickedness before entering the land of promise.


Responsibility begins with an individual then gradually a nation. End impunity.
